4th of July Cocktail Recipe: Star Spangled Banner
4th of july cocktails

Happy 4th of July! Let’s make a new 4th of July cocktail recipe!

I call this a Star Spangled Banner. Not only is it festive for the holiday but it’s super delicious and aesthetically pleasing.

Here’s how to make the Star Spangled Banner

In a shaking tin

3/4 oz lime juice

Jalapeno slices muddled (adjust to your spice preference)

1/4 oz honey syrup

1/2 oz blue curacao

1 oz pineapple juice

1 oz tequila

1 oz mezcal

2-3 cilantro sprigs

Optional: add blue spirulina powder and blue edible glitter to make it extra blue and sparkly

Add ice & shake

Strain into a rocks glass with ice

Garnish with a pineapple star (Learn how to make the pineapple star garnish here)

Cheers and happy 4th!
