The Pisco Sour is one of my favorite sour style cocktails! I really appreciate the juicy quality of pisco itself, so its combination with a classic sour build is just chef’s kiss. All the ingredients involved create a flawless texture and magical drinking experience.
If you’ve never had a Pisco Sour before you need to try one. I only wish I had the opportunity to try this cocktail again for the first time, it’s that spectacular!
Alright, enough of me fangirling, let’s make the Pisco Sour.
Pisco Sour Recipe
In a shaking tin
2 oz pisco
1/2 oz lime
1/2 oz lemon
3/4 oz rich simple syrup
1 egg white (Warning: Consuming raw and lightly cooked eggs poses a risk of food-borne illness.)
Dry shake
Add ice and shake
Strain into a cocktail glass
Garnish with angostura bitters
Cheers!
