Whether you are a beginner bartender or just wanting to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at home, you should definitely have a Baby Guinness Shot as one of the top drink recipes to know.
St. Patrick’s Day, at least in the USA, is a holiday notorious for drinking. One of the most popular shots ordered on that day is the Baby Guinness.
Thankfully, the Baby Guinness is incredibly easy to make since it only has two ingredients and there’s no crazy technique involved which makes it an easy shot to whip out in a rush.
Ironically, this shot recipe doesn’t have Guinness in it at all, but is meant to mimic the appearance of Guinness.
If you are just starting bartending, you should definitely know how to make this shot.

In a shot glass
fill 2/3 of the way with coffee liqueur
Using a barspoon, float the rest of the shot glass with irish cream (this will make the shot look like a mini guiness)
