One of my favorite snacks during fall season is a caramel apple.
There’s just something about the combination of the rich, salty sweetness from the caramel and the fresh, crisp apple that is purely perfection.
I figured why not make a little mocktail using a fall staple of apple cider.
Although I love me some cocktails, this is a great mocktail to slip into the holiday season, AND it’s super easy!
So let’s learn how to make this Caramel Apple Mule mocktail.
Contents
caramel apple mule recipe
In a copper mug filled with ice
1/2 oz caramel sauce
1 oz lime juice
Fill with equal parts ginger beer and sparkling apple cider
Stir to combine
Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick
Tip: If you want the caramel sauce to incorporate in the mocktail better, you may want to stir together the caramel and lime juice first until the sauce is liquified. Then add the ice, ginger beer, and apple cider.
Cheers and happy fall!
