If you couldn’t tell by the title alone, the Dark n Stormy Night cocktail is my Halloween twist on the popular Dark n Stormy.

This delicious cocktail combines gorgeous flavors of marshmallow, passionfruit, ginger, lime and of course rum.

This is easily one of my favorite fall cocktail and I highly recommend you give this drink a try!

Here’s a Marshmallow Syrup recipe!

Dark n Stormy Night Recipe

In a shaking tin

1/4 oz passionfruit syrup

1/2 oz marshmallow syrup

3/4 oz lime juice

1 1/2 oz dark rum

1/2 oz dark 151 rum

Add ice and shake

Strain into a collins glass with ice

Top with ginger beer

Garnish with a toasted marshmallow and mint
