In a shaking tin

1 oz of lemon or lime juice

1 1/2 oz fashionola or passionfruit syrup

2 oz white rum

2 oz dark rum

Optional: splash of pineapple juice

Add a small scoop of crushed ice & whip shake

Pour into a hurricane glass

Top with crushed ice

Garnish: wind swept umbrella & lime wheel
