This spritz mocktail recipe is based off of one of my favorite reality tv shows, Love is Blind on Netflix.
I wanted to create this mocktail specifically as a spritz mocktail mostly because I love how the stars of Love is Blind always use those cute matte colored stemmed wine glasses.
As a viewer, it makes me wonder what each of them are drinking on the show. So, it was only fitting that the mocktail should be served in one of those glasses.
This drink is perfect for binge watching Love is Blind with your girlfriends because there’s no alcohol required to partake in the fun vibes. HOWEVER… you always have the choice of adding in alcohol if you want to as well.

Now, the name of ✨Trophy Wife✨ specifically comes from Brittney in season 7 of LIB because she mentions that one of her aspirations in life is to be a trophy wife. I personally found that statement really funny and I kind of just ran with that.

Trophy Wife Spritz Mocktail Recipe
This spritz mocktail recipe is modeled after a Hugo Spritz (Here’s the link to the recipe for a Hugo Spritz)
In a large red wine glass
7-8 Mint leaves
1/2 oz Honey (add as much of sweetness as you’d like)
1 1/2 oz Club soda
Fill with ice
Grapefruit slices
Gold edible glitter
Top with 4 oz non-alcoholic sparkling wine (My favorite non-alcoholic sparkling wine is linked at the bottom of this post)
Stir all the ingredients together to incorparate
Garnish with mint sprigs
