I just love strawberries this time of year. They have such a vibrant essence which makes them a perfect ingredient during spring and summer (even though I could eat them at any time of the year).

Easy strawberry margarita recipe
Rim a glass with lime & sugar (you can use course salt if you’d like)
In a shaking tin
1 oz strawberry puree
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz orange liqueur (or agave for more sweetness)
2 oz tequila
Add ice & and shake
Garnish with a lime wheel
