What do you get when you take an Espresso Martini and add some fall flavor to it? A Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini!
Now I’ll be honest, this is probably one of the most “basic” cocktails you’ll try from me this fall.
I mean Espresso Martini + pumpkin spice = basic in every way possible.
But hey, this cocktail is such a BANGER, you can’t deny that this pumpkin spice craving we see come around every fall is popular for a reason.
I’m NOT joking when I say this might be my favorite cocktail I’ve made this fall (which is pretty big statement considering I genuinely like all my cocktails [otherwise I wouldn’t post about them on this blog]).
You legitimately NEED to try this cocktail this fall, otherwise you WILL miss out!
Let’s go ahead and be “basic witches” this fall and make this Pumpkin Spice
Espresso Martini!
Pumpkin spice Cold Foam
When it comes to making the cold foam there isn’t a real measurement for both the ingredients because it kind of just depends on how much of the foam you want on top of your espresso martini. The measurements below are just rough estimates.
In a shaking tin
1 1/2 oz heavy cream
1/2 oz pumpkin spice syrup
shake with two ice cubes until you hear that the ice is almost dissolved. This will ensure that the consistency will be light and thin enough to float on top of the cocktail later.
Here’s a Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup Recipe!
pumpkin spice espresso martini
In a separate shaking tin
1/2. oz pumpkin spice syrup
Barspoon pumpkin puree
1 oz espresso
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
Shake with ice
Strain into a martini glass
Float the pumpkin spice cold foam on top
Garnish with a pumpkin spice jack o lantern using a stencil
Cheers!
